We believe in "CUSTOMER SATISFACTION" and will refund any payment on currency and item related products in full provided they are returned to us within 24 hours of the original transaction. We however reserve the right to refund your payment and cancel the order at any time, with or without prior notice.

You agree to provide a valid contact number upon purchase for verification purposes. Internet fraud is extremely high in cases involving virtual goods and we manually verify new orders as they come. This is being done for your protection as well as ours.

We do not claim any title to any item on any games we support. All items and currency are owned wholly by their original licensors.

You are responsible for the safety and use of any items, currency or account that you purchase from us upon delivery. We disclaim any liability from any losses arising from use of our services such as, but not limited to, account banning, server rollbacks, etc.

Buyer is on notice regarding two important issues: First, COHTreasures/Gaming Treasures makes no claim to the title for any intellectual property and is merely acting as a third-party bailee of the property between the buyer and the gaming company. Secondly, buyer is on further notice that most licenses are personal in nature and not effectually transferable without consent of the party granting the license. At conclusion of the transaction, buyer assumes UOTreasures'/Gaming Treasures' station merely as a licensee of the gaming company to use its intellectual property and grants PSTreasures a novation from the entire transaction. The gaming company is in no way endorses or is affiliated with our service or this site.
